Angela Montgomery (previous Lonesome Dove owner) is a long-time Cleveland native. She is very community driven and is always lending a helping hand to anyone. When she met Kelly, also a Cleveland native, Kelly told Angela she reminded her of Aunt Duck. It wasn't long after the chapel was built that it was dedicated to "Rosalie" Anderson Aglin and named after her; "The Rose Chapel".
"Rosalie" Anderson Again was married to "Hank" Alfred Lee Anglin, Jr. and they owned and resided on the Lonesome Dove property. They raised 3 boys and their home and property were the places of many happy family and community gatherings. "Rosalie" loved to entertain and never met a stranger. Everyone was always welcome for one of her excellent home-cooked meals. She was known for her kind hospitality and never letting you leave hungry. They hosted many New Year, Christmas, and Fourth of July celebrations just to name a few. Always lots of fireworks, music, and fun for all. Her talent for cooking seemed to send an aroma for miles and it always joked that it brought neighbors from all over to visit at just about the time to eat. She never turned anyone away. Her home was always very welcoming and many conversations were had around their great big dining table.
There are numerous fond memories by residents in the Cleveland area and many neighboring communities of "Rosalie", also known to many as "Aunt Duck". She is dearly missed and will never be forgotten!
